Fair enough, however on one of the shows I work on I'm part of the producing team and responsible for booking muscial guest appearances so I've had to go through a lot of mainstream and obsure artisit and two of the coworkers I asked are actors/singers who have videos playing on MTV and they even haven't heard of him. So I guess he's only known in the non mainstream rap circles?
hahaha yeah his music is too retarded to be "indy rap" and too unknown to be "Mainstream". He's stuck in that shitpile in between lol
not to really add to the converstation but i stopped following rap completely as of a few yrs ago, and ive heard of him.
i dont go to clubs where they play his music, i dont listen to the radio, i dont have friends that listen to him, and im pretty sure i wouldnt recognize any of his songs.
i guess hes one of those artists that get some club play or something that the kids are listening to these days.

So what does the ice cream cone mean? According to Gucci's spokesperson Kali Bowyer, the image is "a reminder to fans of how he chooses to live his life. Cool as ice. As in 'I'm so icy, I'll make ya say Brr.'" Bowyer tells Rolling Stone that the ice cream cone design was also used for a medallion that Gucci has worn for years and can be seen in most of the photos making the rounds on the internet today.
after Jeezy made an appearance on Gucci's "Icey", Jeezy was never paid as promised for his services. Jeezy then released a diss track on the instrumental of T.I.'s ASAP entitled Stay Strapped. In the song, Jeezy puts a 10 stack bounty on Gucci's "so icey" chain. When Pookie Loc, an amatuer aspiring rapper on Jeezy's CTE label broke into Gucci's house to steal the chain, Gucci shot and killed him. He was arrested, but was later aquitted on self defense.
How is this news? Have you people lost your ability to judge others based on how they act, look and behave.
I mean sure, theres a fine line between "he's got a tatto, hes a criminal" and judging someone based on their character ..but..
When I see him I can tell right away that he's a stupid piece of shit that will not benefit society in any way. In fact, If my son or daughter ever listen to this guy, I will beat them without mercy.

it's barely keeping afloat,i stopped playing rap year's ago & haven't even purchased a cd in year's that the music has turned into such shit,none of it deserves your money,they can make their 1 million by selling ringtone's for all i care.
