i ordered 12 and i only got two. i used one canadian visa and one american visa. I guess they sort thru them by visa.

and both of them do stack on one amazon.com account. fyi

Just got my confirmation email, only bought 1 with my normal livingsocial account and it went through without using anything USA related ... now off to look at that B2G1 amazon deal :)

I just applied mine to my amazon.com account and it's a $20 credit that sits on your account and can be used like cash ...
