| HOT! $10 for $20 worth of Amazon.com gift card
Not sure if we have any Amazon.com shoppers on here but there is an awesome daily deal today!
livingsocial is selling $20 worth of Amazon.com gift card for $10! It looks like it can only be used on the US site tho (.com).
I bought a couple using different accounts http://livingsocial.com/deals/21336-...-com-gift-card

The possibility is there that we could be shafted when trying to use the gift card... guess we'll see.

Just tried to make purchase from the US Amazon site. You won't be getting their free shipping. So at the end of the day (a book for example) you'll be charged $8.98 USD for shipping to Canada. Not so much of a deal for Canadian Customers...

And sometimes, it is way cheaper and you get a better selection with amazon.com which is why it is worth it.
also, because point roberts is so close we can just ship stuff there or to blaine so it is worth it imo.
i've bought quite a number of things from amazon.COM and it's definitely been worth while.
to each their own obviously.

If you purchase from Amazon.ca, you get free shipping within Canada. So if I were to buy a $100 book from Amazon.COM and end up getting charge $9 bucks in shipping to ship back to Canada...then it's not worth it.
BUT if, for example in your case... they let you use 10 different Gift Card codes... then that's a different story |

Amazon.com GC legal Quote: Using a Gift Card in an Order
First, locate your claim code on the e-mail or paper gift card you received. If you have a plastic gift card, you may need to gently scratch off the protective coating on the back of the card to reveal the claim code (the claim code is not the same as the 16-digit card number).
To redeem your Amazon.com Gift Card: - Go to Your Account.
- Click "Apply a Gift Certificate/Card to Your Account".
- Sign in with your e-mail address and password.
- Enter your claim code and click "Apply to Your Account". Your gift card funds will automatically be applied to your next order.
Your gift card balance will be stored in Your Account. We will automatically apply any available balance towards future orders.
Your gift card claim code may also be entered when prompted during checkout. However, you will not be able to redeem your gift card using the Amazon.com 1-Click service unless you redeem the gift card funds to Your Account first.
| Livingsocial legal terms Quote: The Fine Print Limit 1 per person, no gifting allowed • Amazon.com Gift Card does not expire • Voucher purchase is valid for US-based customers only • LivingSocial Terms and Conditions apply • The Amazon.com terms and conditions set forth below are deal specific terms that supersede any inconsistent terms in the LivingSocial terms and conditions. • Amazon Gift Card cannot be purchased with Deal Bucks.
| Limit 1 per person plus the fact that you need to apply it to your order + trackable by account makes me believe they couldjust show up as being invalid.

| Just finish chatting with the person @ Amazon.com
He said you're allowed to use as many gift cards as you want in one transaction. Quote:
ArunKumar: I confirm that there's is no limit to use Amazon.com Gift Certificate for the single transaction.
| As to how/why you were able to obtain so many...lets not get into the legal part of that |
