Rich, have you decided on a meetup point yet? also if anyone has extension cords, could you possibley bring them? My power cables for my alienbees aren't very long. At least one isn't, they basicly use the same power cables as a PC

I scouted mitchell island... Not that interesting in terms of location.. And lots of security patrols. Lol

I'm thinking burnaby-lake city area.
Large factory style backdrop.
Pretty quiet and big enough for quite a few cars.

rcubed, there's some industrial parks around Marine drive by Boundary, also thinking some of the areas off of Westminster HWY near starlight casino. Also there's River road hah

Holy crap so many cars might as well just take it to Spanish Banks and take the photos during the RS spring meet lol

No. 6 in Richmond has a bunch of industrial parks.. well.. warehouses and factories.

Its a great gravel rally-esqe road towards a big gravel pit.
I go fishing there in the summer. IIRC the gate closes at 7PM.

yep! most of us are basicly learning lighting setups. I haven't done a car photoshoot before so this is a different genre for me

Tilbury in Delta is also another industrial park

So Bill and I just went scouting for locations and devised a plan.

-Meet at Queensburough.
-Drive down river rd.
-down No. 6
-back on westminster back to queensbrough.

There are quite a few locations on that route that can accomodate a larger group with a variety of settings.
More details when I get to a computer, or Bill will chime in.
