because the first police officer already reverse the tickets
still waiting for the other police officer to response
and u can still dispute the tickets in court even the 30 days have past(straight from icbc)
getting a lawyer is my last resort
(ive got a lawyer right now working on a different case and ive talk to her regarding this situation and she told me if i cant resolve it with icbc then she would help me)

he had an appointment with one of the officers on monday
so that got reversed now he has to get ahold of the 2nd one?
how is that a contradiction?

Anyways shouldnt there be a plate # on a ticket, and couldnt icbc just determine if theres a link from the DL and the registered owner of the car?

The 3rd post in the thread is by the OP, who said it was used while driving drunk. Maybe I tend to take things too literally, but that means an impaired driving charge to me, not just a 12 or 24 hour prohibition.
