OP, you should figure out your macros first that will match your objectives. If its difficult to hit your protein levels with regular food, I would add in some protein shakes. I would recommend ON whey |

I've had great results with nutrabolic's Anabolic Window. It's a bit pricey, but comes loaed with glutamine so you don't have to go out of your way to purchase glutamine (which is a huge plus). However, it's kind of heavy on the calorie side (300gs) , and evidently you're trying to lose weight, so something with lower calories might work abit better for you. Just remember to eat something that's abit carb heavy after you work out. |
