People who wake up at 1pm regularly, and when you try to find them earlier you "wake them up" but you realize they already slept for over 8 hours.

People in the gym who don't put back their weights. I somewhat don't mind leaving the plates on the machine, but pisses me off when they leave dumbbells lying around near the last bench they were using.

Saw a kid the other day, and he literally left a trail everywhere he went. Weights section was empty, yet every bench had diff set of db's near them.
