FS: 2005 Vespa PX150 -*Sold!*-

Hello,

I have for sale a 2005 Vespa PX150 in factory Dragon Red. Current mileage is at 2932 miles (or 4718 kilometers.)

This Vespa is the last of the manual shift 2-stroke models manufactured by Piaggio/Vespa for North America. This particular colour scheme was not available in Canada. Please note that this is not the Canadian Anniversary/Special Edition PX150. I believe this colour and model scheme is one of two in the Lower Mainland to my knowledge. I purchased this Vespa from a retired medical doctor in Colorado who was also a BMW motorcycle specialist. The entire importation from start to scratch was taken care of by myself. The Vespa was transported via specialized motorcycle/scooter transport.

The Vespa has not been in any accidents nor has been dropped. It has been stored indoors all its life and never ridden in the rain. There are some minor scuffs here and there but very minor and nowhere near an eyesore - the pictures will speak for itself. Electric start, battery, lights, horn etc are in full working order. Always filled up with Chevron 94 octane (as per user manual) and Repsol Synthetic 2-stroke oil used. The Vespa is fully stock with the exception of a Sito Plus exhaust, carefully jetted and tuned by Vancouver's only Scooter Hive (receipts included.) Gearbox is fully functional with no issues. Cables recently adjusted and carbs cleaned prior to insuring a few weeks ago. Factory tires in excellent shape at maybe 85% tread. No oil leaks, no starting problems, no electrical problems. No liens. Clean title/registration in my name. VIN can be found in the photos. This is truly a start 'er up and go Vespa.

I have full importation documents, receipts, a factory owner's manual/guide, factory workshop manual and parts guide (both of which are in PDF format.)

You must have a Class 6 in order to operate this.

My asking price is $4000 of which I believe is fair and is firm. I welcome pre-purchase inspections by reputable shops such as The Scooter Hive and The Urban Wasp. The Vespa has served me well over the past year however, it's time to clean out the stable.
