honestly op, nothing you do will help in this situation.

i won't lie to you being married with kids, and going through the "nut drought" really sucks i mean seriously it really is hell,i know ive been there, but i've worked it out with wifey (or still working it out LOL) and our relationship while not the best is getting better and better.
mind you,I am not defending your friend, he's an idiot and if he even loved his kids or his wife he would be stronger and not have had the LG.
for me, once you have kids then thats when the relationship really becomes a commitment, cuz honestly, i don;t want my kids to ever think that daddy doesnt want them.

Cheating is bad. I was kinda forced to take a marriage prep course (getting married in June). Every couple should learn the basics. Communication, and not being selfish lead to a good relationship. has this guy ever had sex before his current wife? it seems like he was either a late bloomer, or only had sex with a handful of women in his life, who are in their 20s... then again, his sex life must be shit with his wife. i honestly wouldn't blame any wife or husband for cheating for sex only if they weren't getting laid. sex is important to both women and men in relationships.. BUT before the fails come, he should have sat down and talked to his wife about any issues with their sex life etc.. She doesn't deserve to be cheated on without any chance of resolution.
