there was a 2nd fire that happend 5 minutes right after this. me and my brother were fishing at foreshore park in burnaby and saw another fire go up on the long stretch of river road. looked like a torched car or something.. maybe it was connected?
The insurance company determined it was those industrial heaters that set it on fire so it was negligence. This came from the investigator sent by manual life. Posted via RS Mobile
