| Looking for a Beautiful Silver paint code, possibly custom..
I'm repainting my car Silver, but want possibly a custom Silver with high metal flake, any ideas to a particular Silver? Or is there something that can be mixed with Silver to make it stand out more? IE. some pearl etc?

go to some body shops or even automotive paint suppliers and have a talk with them about custom mixing or perhaps looking at some samples.

Chrysler "PS2" Silver is my favorite Silver, bright and clean, If you are serious about getting a paint job any bodyshop will let you scan the silver paint chips to pick one I recommend going to Spotlite Custom Collision, the work they put out is stellar from what I hear.
The only other way to choose a silver is to keep your eye out for nice silver cars and remember the make model approx year to find that color. keep in mind big flake is more costly and kills your clearcoat if the car is in the sun alot

Just get a silver from the paint chips because they all have a code, if the painter makes you a custom color that doesnt have a code your f'd if you get in an accident even if the same painter tries to duplicate the mix. The "profit" scan tool sucks for color match on "codeless colors" too if anyone wants to say theres a scanner for things like that

You're going to want to look into a Porsche/Audi paint...BMW is known for their Dolphin color but Audi and Porsche really make the silver shine...

Jaguar's "Platinum" is pretty decent for something thats silver. I'm not a silver fan so I can't say too much about it
