code it with QT for Android so we can port it over to Symbian/WebOS/Meego?  (although our browsers give us more than enough access)
and paying $1 or seems fine for the price of an app that seems to be the norm

-Better usage of screen real estate on a mobile device since the app caters to the iPhone
-Ability to show avatars
-Text wraps correctly
-Full screen ability (Safari on iPhone is quite limiting on RS mobile)

i'd fork out the $1 for the app or if its free with ad support, im fine too.
however, i like the way the mobile site as it is. everything is stripped and loads fast. with the app, wouldn't avatars clutter it up and increase loading time? maybe add an option to disable avatars and sigs from displaying.

I don't have problem paying a dollar for RS app. How about just make paid and ad free version and let the people who don't wish to pay 1-freaking dollar load the full version (yes, no mobile version... I mean, it sucked... I always navigate in full mode)
