Is taylor's car stock other than exterior mods? Does he actually have underglow or just only photoshop?

Removing the red stripe was a move in the right direction. Now paint it all black or all silver and you'll have a nice not rice car.

I'm not a hater but i think the paint job is totally gay IMHO on the benz, looks even more stupid with the red stripe in cartoon pic, if it had killer paint it would be better.

i agree you're right about the colours being upside down, but i think it looks better with the black on top

all aside, i thought that the car looked very tacky when i first saw it like 3 years ago. but since then i think taylor192(or w/e numbers they are) has made some good decisions.
1. Painted and fixed his brabus reps
2. got rid of the red stripe
3. got rid of red underglow, although it was more of a legality issue rather than taste

The car's fine in my opinion.

not really my taste either, but like everyone said, looks ALOT better without the red pin stripe, but overall, think it would look even better with a stock hood.. the current hood screams for boyracer style... which doesnt exactly go along with the whole mercedes concept

No they will not. My car is not hated cause of what it looks like, it is hated cause of my reputation online. Proof being that this thread wouldn't even exist if the OP wasn't trying to make some asinine point.

You don't put underglow on a Benz without knowing it is rice.
You don't paint a slow hatchback like a race car without knowing it is rice.

I know its rice, I like it. The issue always is when I make fun of someone they lash out and attack my car. It is going to be a sad sad day when I finally sell the car and all these losers have nothing left to lash out at - until that day I consider that I'm doing them a favour.

The hood is always a love/hate thing. I think from the front and side it gives the front end some much needed beef, yet looks awkward from certain angles.

The plate relocation is to stay legal. Missing front plates were an easy ticket in Ontario, so the plate had to stay. I didn't want to remount to the centre of the bumper, or ghetto mount it with zip-ties to the lower grill. I have considered the tow-hook mounts, yet it would still be offset to the side so I don't think it would look much different.

Where would you mount the plate?

I like how the 2-tone gives some front fender definition without having to slap on fender flares

(those who know why this thread was started will get the joke).

I wanted a hood like this, yet there's not enough space under the hood to go down, any custom hood had to go up, thus the raised invader vent. Its why the Brabus C230 below has holes cut in the hood, which I'm not a fan of.

I did paint the car to resemble a race car, so I think I've earned the boy racer comment.

I didn't want another "clean" Mercedes if that's what you mean by "concept", its been done to death. I think being in North America we get used to what a Mercedes "should" look like cause it is considered a luxury brand, yet if you check the European Mercedes forums you'll find tons of modded Mercedes which are far from "clean" cause in Europe a Mercedes is just another car, it doesn't have the same luxury stigma attached to it. Hell you can order a Mercedes with a "taxi" option many parts of the world, far from the luxury we attach to the brand here.
