Went to Metro today, those damn corks were sold out as of Thursday. :(

I got my pair of 3's from Easbay. I was pretty lucky.

sorry I'm a noob when it comes to this,but how can they be sold out already?I got my first saturday off of the yr and I'm planning on lining up for this pair.how early should I head out if I'm planning on copping this pair at livestock?since I have a very slim chance in gettin a pair at metro..thnx

The line up at metro got larger than the stock they had so they handed out wristbands to those in line (Thursday). If you don't have a wristband now, you have zero chance of landing a pair from Metro Nike. I'd say if you're asking about it now, you won't get it. I can pretty much guarantee there are already more people in line than there are pairs at Livestock.

Don't talk about going early. Go now. But I still think you probably won't get a pair. Go to the 4th location and not Gastown. Gastown didn't get their shipment yet.

No I don't think they did RSVP. I guess it's kinda pointless to make people wait in line for two days so they just gave them wrist bands which they'll exchange tomorrow for the shoes. I feel shafted because those guys only had to line up for a little while and all they had to do was show up early...

Hmm, why are the Corks so popular? They look pretty ugly IMO. I'm assuming most people are buying them to resell because they're super limited.

They will, but just like the Royal 1's they won't announce it and all the pairs will go to friends and family.

Ronac, how much did you pay for everything shipped to your door for the 88's?

I dropped by Livestock on 4th. They had a list posted of a size 8-12 size run. Quickly turn away from a fobby young guy in the lineup saying all pairs are gone since there are already 9 people.

The first two guys were 50 year olds...

In other news... Crimson 3s are sitting. The leather is much softer than the 5s earlier this month.
