| Jamacian Jerk Wings
Does anyone know how to make the jamacian jerk sauce served on the wings at many pubs? Specifically Cat & Fiddle Pub in Port Coquitlam or Kelly O'Brians in Kelowna?
I've learned how to make it on my own however my receipe ends up being a bit more runny of a sauce then the pubs which is a bit thicker.
My Ingredients so far:
Vinager
black pepper
scallions
onions / garlic
jalepenos
red pepper flakes
salt and all spice
soy sauce and veg. oil

NP, jerk sauce is so easy to make. I like to toss it on my chicken 24-48hrs before I put it on the bbq. If you want it a bit spicer just add more chillis Posted via RS Mobile |
