IIRC, Oreo was on the ice when Danny was a punching bag, Oreo didn't drop the gloves and didn't do shit to protect him. I'd rather have Volpatti over Oreo anyday, and having him out for the whole season is a pretty big loss.
But lets admit it, having a 60% MayRay back doesn't really improve the team skillwise, but it makes the team even softer than last season. I always thought the team had to get grittier on the 3rd/4th line as one of the goals going into this season.
Yeah..I liked Oreo but this was hard to watch. Marchand clotheslines Ehrhoff, hipchecks Daniel, Mcquaid fights Ehrhoff (probably had a separated shoulder at the time) and he's just standing there watching.
Haha even Ehrhoff joins the fray to pound on Tootoo.
A lot of respect is missing in the NHL nowadays...

Well, Lucic's hit on Miller (much worse) = no suspension + 2 minute powerplay... This one only resulted in a 1 minute pp (so far)!
