Canucks looked pretty horrible until the latter part of 3rd. Tons of turnovers and several forwards trying to do too much and get too cute. Lu kept them in it. That second goal was garbage though...

Seemed like the team thought it was going to be an easy win and would blow out the Flames before the game actually happened...seeing as how the Canucks have a great record vs CGY, I expected an easy win aswell

Flames beat the Canucks for the first time in regulation in the last 11 tries. I ain't even mad. Can't win 'em all.

was an awesome game to be at...lots of flames fans in my section...wasnt overly surprised with how well the flames were dancing around the nucks for the first 2 periods. they have really been pulling it together lately. though was definately on the edge of my seat for the last 5 minutes until we got the empty..

Lol no dude it was my sister and her bf. Section 326 row 7 aisle.

AWS - here's what actually went down. Sister and her bf were at LV and came across Lappy and asked for a pic in whcih he happily did. The security guard and worker right away was like wtf and asked who he was. As soon as they found out he was a hockey player he got help right away.

I met up with them right after this happened but missed Lappy but saw pictures only =/

Well I received my first Christmas gift of the day and its a lump of coal. Ron Wilson has been given a 3 year extension with the Leafs. Burke could have at least waited until the end of the season to see how things played out.

Burke probably knows that either he or Ron will get axed if things don't get drastically better so he is doing what any buddy/friend does in business. Give him a contract that will pay him even if he gets axed.

Just business as usual IMHO.
