Pastarocket: What are you talking about? Gillis has made bold moves, particularly this season. He traded for David Booth and he traded everyone's favourite player Cody Hodgson for an unproven prospect and a bag of pucks (Gragnani.)
He offered Sundin 10 million over 2 years. Gillis has largely been bold, but his trades haven't worked out as well as they should have. However, he could be bolder by firing AV and bringing in the best coach not in the NHL: Ted Nolan.

Yeah what he said about Cody is surprising coming from Gillis. All these years, I remember he was very good with his wording and knowing what to say. Kinda surprising seeing what he says about Cody.

I was reading the Vancouver Sun today. There was a little article from Schneider's agent that he wouldn't be surprised if we kept both Luongo and Schneider. 1A and 1B goalies.
Just the fact that Luongo is gone, we would have a lot more cap space to spend elsewhere.
If Luongo gets traded, lets hope it's someone that can bring an impact to the team.
