is it blocked off??? | I'm crazy enough to go in at night with no flash light. I love shit like that. Being scared is a awesome feeling when you plan for it.
I'm sure they have an alarm installed or something.

This site hasn't been up to much in a long time but they used to specialize in urban exploration in BC with locations like the McBarge, some old ferries, Padova in Kamloops, etc. Unfortunately the site has become as run down as the locations they visited.

I remember the McBarge, the city should put some good use to it.
On the topic of haunted buildings...Hotel Vancouver is haunted. Here's my story; I was staying at the hotel during the NYE back in 2009 and I'm walking back to my room with my ex-gf and it's like 2am and we hear someone running behind us, we look behind us and it's some kid who must have been like 10 years old hauling ass so we move over to let him pass and he goes right to the end of the hallway and makes a quick left but one big problem...there's no room there, it was just a wall.

Tear it down, are you KIDDING?! That house is beautiful, and would be worth MILLIONS after some renovations.

Apparently there's audio sensors in the building to stop vandals and RSers from exploring
Place looks haunted and this guy tried to break in at 2:15am?

I would personally not mind walking through a claimed "haunted house"
I don't believe in that kinda stuff, but I would still be creeped out.
But I am totally up for the challenge of "mythbusting"
I would do it with a small team about 4 people.
The problem though, is that I need everyone to be focused on the same goal, and not trying to do stupid shit like scare the group or troll.
I think most people will fail at that part. And I simply don't trust anyone when it comes to something like this but myself. The opportunity
is just too golden for someone to scare the shit out of the rest of the group, so maybe I can't blame people for being an ass.

Sooooo... who owns it?
I wanna go in and use the same shit that the Ghost Adventures dudes use, shit like the SB-7 spirit box. That show is so well done!
I would love to spend a night in that building.
