Wait when exactly do we register for summer courses? I'm a first year so this is new to me as with everything else :okay:

shawnly1000 01-17-2012 07:53 PM

IIRC, the summer course schedule will be up around mid Feb/reading week. Registration dates for summer courses will be out around Aprial/exam time.

Anyways summer course lists are up. Anyone have experience with FNH 200? Its a required class for me and it doesn't seem that overwhelming in the summer (3x a week for 2 and a half hours for 6 weeks)

Why don't you take it online? I'm taking FNH 200 right now online, beats going to class :awwyeah:

FNH 200/250 seem like some of the easier classes I have to take next year, so I'll take them in the summer to get them out of the way with so I can focus on not failing CHEM 233

Noizz 01-18-2012 12:47 PM

I need 3 more 300+ level electives non-COMM, any ideas? Thinking of doing FMST 316 online, but I need 2 more...

EOSC? GEOG?

ShadowBun 01-18-2012 02:02 PM

IHHS

ShadowBun 01-18-2012 03:06 PM

my suggestion is to start with IHHS200
then take 400 or 407 (300 or 411 if u are good with dist. ed.)

Does IHHS 300 or 400 have 200 as a pre-req? Neither course mentions a pre-req...

Thing is I don't need to take any more 200 level electives.

ShadowBun 01-18-2012 10:56 PM

anything IHHS requires no pre-req :fullofwin:

Yes. And stop saying "sauders" because it is just sauder.

ANTH 103, I took it on the summer and even though lectures were 3 hrs long, we spent most of the time watching videos and discussing cools stuff. i really liked that course.

kcl38 03-13-2012 06:22 PM

Anyone taken HIST 106? Signed up to do it online in the summer because it sounds super interesting but I'm not sure what the difficulty level is

Has anyone taking greek and roman mythology? CLST 105

dat_steve 03-13-2012 09:09 PM

CNPS 4something...425 i think? easiest course i've ever taken in my life by far. this is coming from a guy who has taken the easy EOSC courses, PSYC, FNH - you name it.
learned the course/exam material 6 hours before the final.
mentally purged course/exam material 6 minutes after the final.

Zoidberg 01-03-2013 10:42 PM

Bump!

This class was easy for me.
Class avg was 74 but I ended up with 91.
If you're good with memorization easy A+

we were allowed a cheatsheet for our final so you barely have to memorize small details

CP.AR 01-04-2013 01:38 AM

EOSC ... all mutiple choice question exam
all questions pretty much ripped out from the homework word by word

forgot the course code, but it was Gems and Precious Metals
