It will be fine and then a minute late it's fucked for like 20mins - 2 hours and then it starts working again. If this continues I'm going to have no choice but to call not like they'll give a fuck. getting max 60kb / sec from downloading $$$$$$$$$$ stuff. I usually get 500kb + this started ytd. I live in richmond .. wth..

I shoudnt really be complaining but i called up shaw with this connection 
Then they did some kind of reboot thingy, and i rebooted the modem and router and got this..... 
Shaw freaking takes like 15 minutes before any kind of answer from representatives.

They'll check if there is saturation in the area. In some cases like this they'll book a tech out for you with a laptop so he can test it as well. You won't get the run around.

saying how you're getting 2.8 MB/s sounds like you're on the telus high speed turbo 25
i'm on the old shaw nitro package which is 100 Mbps and i've been quite happy with my speeds. i have yet to bitch or moan about it either
