Is shaw slow as F**k right now?
 

Few days ago they shut down for maintenance from few hours. Now my shaw cable internet is reduced from 12 Mb/s to less than 1Mb/s.

Anyone else have the same problem? Can't even watch youtube or stream anything.

Area: Renfrew Heights
Package: High speed
Prev-Avrg DL: 12Mb/s
Curr-Avrg DL: 0.9Mb/s
Tech Support: No clue when back to normal.

Couldn't tell you what my speeds are because I'm not home but I was having aloof intermittent connectivity around 2-3 pm today. I live in Richmond east of Richmond center

It's the same for me. Everything becomes slow after 10pm

they've been doing some sort of maintenance work it seems for the last week

if you look in the comp thread people in different areas have been getting really slow speeds (for a few/several hours) in succession

They reset the hubsite few days ago but it didn't work, there are still packet loss on the line ( slow speed on your computer ), they are changin a few things at the hubsite from 1am to 4am today i believe, hopefully that will solve it.
Call in and ask to check "dx3vt", it should be on their outage page, hope this help

I live near 29th ave/Joyce station and the speed has been abysmal the past week, always around 0.4 Mbps every time I did a speed test.

I just did one now and it's better
