Looks like I'm going to have to give them another try. I thought their ribs were mediocre and their pulled pork was crap BUT this might turn me around

I only ate about half of it for lunch. I'm going to put the rest in the oven for awhile and see what happens when the fat melts away and crisps. |

i gotta try to make burnt ends, made 3 briskets and never used the point portion for burnt ends...just ate the damn thing cuz it was so juicy
