If anyone is looking for another gold farming technique since royal crypts was nerfed.

nightmare act 3 heart of sin quest. start at the beginning, and kill your way through all the way to azmodan. runs take from 10-20 minutes depending. each run makes about 100k, so if you are really fast, you can get about 500k per hour.

best class would be a DH with mov speed gears and mov speed passives (hot pursuit and tac advantage). i have about 230 GF and after getting 5 stacks (you'll get very early in this run), i have about 300

ferret companions really helps too, as they often pick up gold from far away while im still on the move ;D

avoid picking up blues, as they will drop like candy. i even avoid rares unless its like rings or ammy. just run through and kill as fast as possible.

i Wouldnt salvage it just yet. thats a huge +dmg boost ;O!

wait for 1.03 patch, and see how bad the IAS nerf is. hopefully not too much ;p! if IAS becomes less practical, your ring may be fairly decent for certain builds. (DH with handxbow for example have very low base dmg, and can benefit nicely from your ring).

each run takes me about 1 minute to do
pulling in about 400k per hour.

That is probably the most time consuming slowest way to do it lol.

hm? 1 minute to do this entire run? or are you talking about royal crypts? this is the entire last quest for act 3. running through arreat crater and running through the towers, destroying both sin hearts, killing spider girl, killing azmodan. i doubt you can do all of that in 1 minute.

it takes me 10-20 minutes to run through it, slowing down a bit only to pick up some gold.

i am getting about 100k per run doing this. can make 400-600k per hour depending on gold luck.

no point killing azmodan, shitty drops less gold.

I don't stop to pick up gold I have 45+ pickup bonus. Pretty much everything on the screen is picked up

k, then dont kill azmodan, shaves off a few seconds. but you still cant run the entire quest in 1 minute ;s so im not sure what you're talking about.

but regardless, im not talking out of my ass, since i do this run. i make ~400-600k an hour with my 230gf before stacks. if you do not think its a good run, then you dont have to do it ;o

I am saying you have no proof of numbers to prove that you're doing 400-600k n hour

especially if your going back manually clicking and picking up loot and gold.

sorry. I dont have proof. but i dont see why proof is needed?... this is just a simple gold find route that is "more fun" than royal crypts. especially now that royal crypts gives nothing.

im guessing since you were talking about 1 minute runs, and trying to disprove mine, you have not tried it?

give it a try man! its not bad ;D trust me! unless you have the WORST gold finding luck ever, this run does give you a decent amount.

like i said, approx 100k gold per run. sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. it takes a bit over 10 minutes to finish this run. do the math. i DO NOT pick up blues or most rares. I mentioned that in one of my posts. ONLY pick up gold. i do pick up rings and ammy (rares) but i only found one today. ferrets pick up most of my gold, and i do spend a few seconds to pick some up too.

i will admit though, i havent done a FULL hour of this. i did 3 runs, which took a bit under 40 minutes, and brought in slightly over 300k from the 3 runs.

so my claim still stands. i CAN rake in about 400 to 600k doing this PER hour.

This is what Pornmaster is doing, start quest act 3, last quest. Waypoint to core of arreat, kill all up to azmodan entrance, leave game, resume game, kill all again...rinse and repeat. I've made 400-500 k per hour last few days doing this lol.

Any good runs to find items? I'm currently doing inferno ponys...But not much is coming out for me...

but u can always try looking for under-priced items in the RMAH to resell ;)
