i played GW1, never really understood it cz u can only get to lvl 10?
i played for a couple days n i quit lol

so if u were to get the game, what profession would you like to be?

i would pick the Engineer

i like the part where u can cloak and fight higher lvl mobs if you have the skill

max lvl is 20 sadly.... guild wars thought that it wouldnt b big... until erbody anticipated gw2.... which is a whole new lvl from gw1

couple of days? I quit after couple of hours, after i found I'm all alone out side of town, unless I join a party, i wouldn't call that mmorpg but then it's free so....

if GW2 is using same system, I wont touch it.

Cant wait for this. I spend thousands of hours on the first one. If only they will come out with a release date......

the underwater fight looks amazing! having played the first one im still debating if i should get this simply cause i know ill be glued to d3 :P

but my choice of profession would either be elem or a guardian.

I love GW (currently replaying through Prophesies with my g/f that I just got hooked on it) and I've spent quite a bit of time on it over the years. I have mixed feelings about the new one, I'll definitely pick it up but I'm not sure if I'll like it or not. Since I still haven't gotten around to beating Factions and NightFall and EotN yet I'm not in any rush haha.

Apparently closed alpha tests have already started and its only for 'family and friends' :fuuuuu:

After playing UO, EQ, DAOC, SWO, Shadowbane AO, WoW ect... I told myself I'd never play another MMORPG because they suck up to much time. After watching the 10 reasons why this game is worth looking at I might just have to give it a shot.

First public beta event is coming this weekend for those who preordered!

I wasn't planning on preordering since there isn't even a release date yet, AND I'm gonna be occupied when D3 comes out.

But preordering will guarantee access to all upcoming beta events, so I'm very tempted now since I'll probably end up buying it when it does come out. And I'm sure I'd need a break from Diablo.

Anyone preordered? Which edition?
