Sometimes we tend to be in despair when the person we love leaves us, but the truth is, it's not our loss, but theirs, for they left the only person who couldn't give up on them.

Got almost the same as you last week. 2 deodorants and the tablets. Not complaining, either.
I got the same thing, two deodorants and a dish washing tablet
Being Vietnamese, we use our dish washer as a dish rack

Bodywash and those dishwashing tablets.
It's the same for us about the dishwasher. And my family is chinese.
My parents don't quite get that a current gen dishwasher is actually more cost savings than doing dishes by hand. Being able to reuse that heat, hot water and detergent is a lot more efficient than by hand. But my parents are stuck in their old ways so le sigh.

most asian families do not have a new dishwasher that is efficient. most asian families have a dishwasher that is five to ten years old.
So you have a high efficiency dish washer and you guys do not use it? Then why buy it? (just curious)

Working in the construction/engineering industry, my dad has always been big into DIY and renos. Thus the buying it.
They buy some pretty decent appliances around the house, but they also horde like many of my aunts and uncles. It's not like we're facing a famine here and all they are asking for is freezer burn.
Long story short. They have money, so they know what to buy. But they are stuck in their old ways. Yeah, it's pretty retarded.
I bet your parents don't peel the original protective film off their appliances/garage doors and electronic devices either.
