Thanks man, i was using tab, arrow, enter and blocking all communications but it didn't work for in game.

the only advantage cs:source offers is its appeal to noobs and those that like cartoony gameplay such as TF2

If you go in the advanced console (pressing `) you should be able to type:
"connect 63.211.221.32:27015" and it should bring you into the server.

You might have to enable that in the options first though
