I've gotten over the fact that people tailgate us safe drivers. I drive speed limit on the right side of the lane, people tailgate, I don't even care. They hit me that's cool, my neck hurts.
The overpass used to not exist. It used to be a set of lights with a separate left turn signal light. To get onto the Alex Fraser you have to turn right and follow a patch.
In theory yes....but in BC they also throw in traffic lights as well to add to the confusion / congestion / frustration etc etc etc.
There are lots of "highways" in BC that aren't what most people would consider to be such. Hell, Fraser Highway turns into a freakin' one-way street through part of Langley.
