NO TAX AT PARK ROYAL (FUTURE SHOP, BRICK, ETC)
Quote:
Hi,

Buying a TV, cell phone, camera, furniture for your home? Want to save yourself the tax on your purchase? Which could be alot of money. I can help.

Invite me along with you and i will buy whatever item you need with your money and because i have tax exemption on native land, i will not have to pay tax on the purchase. For my generosity donations of 33% of the tax saved is expected.

This is for any store at Park Royal Mall , southside only

Ie - futureshop, the brick, staples, etc.

Let me know when you want to go and we can arrange a time

Lexus is outselling Mercedes in the US, BMW still number 1
Lexus Outsells Mercedes, Keeps Japan in the Race

http://www.autoblog.com/2014/06/08/l...ry-sales-race/

Quote:
Think the only challengers for the title of best-selling luxury brand hail from der Vaterland? Wrong. Lexus outsold the likes of Mercedes-Benz for the second time in 2014 last month. In fact, the Japanese luxury marque's total sales this year are a mere 12,000 units behind BMW.

Lexus was able to move 26,921 vehicles last month, a year-over-year increase of 21.1 percent, respectively. Mercedes, meanwhile, was just barely beaten, moving 26,617 units in April. The difference, though, is that Lexus has made far bigger year-over-year gains than Mercedes, which recorded a YOY increase of just 4.13 percent.

This is particularly troubling for the Germans, as it marks a return to form for Lexus that we haven't seen since before the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami that decimated Japan. Prior to that natural disaster, Lexus enjoyed nearly a dozen years at the top of the luxury heap.

What's most interesting, though, is that Lexus has made these strides against Mercedes without moving down market. The German brand has seen a great deal of success with its CLA, a vehicle that Lexus has no real challenger for. But with the Japanese brand bringing both the RC coupe and the NX compact crossover, it's a safe bet that, pending any other natural disasters, Lexus will continue the success of early 2014

I have both TD Gold Elite and MBNA Smart Cash, both has insurance for coverage rental car.

I was in LA last month and was told by AVIS Rental Company that the State of California requires to purchases extra coverage my credit card doesn't cover.

I declined and later I signed saying that I declined etc...

So I am wondering. Was that a BS from the AVIS Rep saying the State of California requires extra coverage that Credit Cards doesn't cover?

Just because a credit card has SOME insurance coverage doesn't mean it's enough. MBNA website sucks. But a quick search on the TD Gold Elite, show that it covers Auto Rental Collision/ Loss Damage; I guess this is similar to ICBC's Collision and comprehensive coverage, but it doesn't specify Third Party Liability which is probably more important. If you have ICBCs Roadstar or Roadside Plus package, this would be sufficient.

I am in Gig Harbor, Wa. Such a nice laid back place. All I see is Caucasian people. Even the employees at Target are all Caucasian. So refreshing - I can acturally understand what they are saying and no shoving and screaming customers. Hot white chicks, ftw, lol. Had to stick that in there.

Because the tires have aged (also from the wrinkles at the bottom of the treads)? Parking cars outside to the elements accelerates that.
