I think I saw him at Costco on Lougheed and Brighton today. He's one of those people who gives out free samples.

i know where he works (the kid you're talking about). dbaz and myself spotted him, first name matches too so i'm 95% sure it's him.

dbaz doesn't think it's him but i swear to freaking gawd it is :lol

Internet of things: Should you worry if your jeans go smart?

Quote:

What if those new jeans you've just bought start tweeting about your location as you cross London Bridge?

It sounds far-fetched, but it's possible - if one of your garments is equipped with a tiny radio-frequency identification device (RFID), your location could be revealed without you knowing about it.

RFIDs are chips that use radio waves to send data to a reader - which in turn can be connected to the web.

This technology is just one of the current ways of allowing physical objects to go online - a concept dubbed the "internet of things", which industry insiders have shortened to IoT.

Question: How do Limited Warranties work? Is there a timelimit on them and do I just exchange it back at the store or would I have to ship the item to the company for it to work?

MG1 09-28-2011 12:37 AM

Some students are stuck at SFU Surrey. Some police incident. The parkade is taped off and people are being questioned and ID's taken.

EDIT: It was due to a shooting, LOL. My son just called and told me this.

Read the fine print. It could be time or it could be what is covered. Can you be more specific? What is the product you are referring to?
