Yeah, that can happen too. Her family members were pissed at her they might die in a bus crash.

Is is better if you get a limo party bus? You can bust out some Far East Movement and Nelly and drink from champagne on the way to Predator Ridge - get all slizzar'd. This one even has a pole in the middle if it happens to get hot in here.

Some private jet operators offer “cheap” positioning flights to kelowna from Vancouver but you need a flexible schedule and a way back

or you can.... you know.... file for divorce papers in advance, because after that road trip that fucking wedding will be cursed. You imagine getting two families together who barely know each other and have to sit in a 6h bus ride to somewhere?! WHAT A GREAT FUCKING IDEA.

Yeah I'd definitely put it up to the group before renting a whole freakin' bus. I mean there's bound to be some people that are going to say, I'm just gonna drive, we're going to duck out early or we're going to some wineries afterwards, etc.

Honestly to me personally, this kind of trip on a bus stuck with 30 relatives/family friends sounds like the 9th circle of hell. Maybe if everyone was 60+ and incontinent...then maybe do it.

Get up there THEN rent a bus for the day, go golfing have it pick people up then go to wineries or just do wineries and restaurants for a single day

It’s too much as CB mentioned all the way from the lower mainland to get up there, it’s not gonna be as fun as it seems lol

I knew that sounded like a terrible idea, more like a nightmare right from the get go. I have a hard time getting my family to be on time to leave in one car. 40-50 people on a frickin bus ??!!

Changed again to Hello Kitty?
It is strange how I associate a user with their avatar and then I see a new one and I go, who is that ... oh, it's bcrdukes in disguise!

I'm certain her intentions meant well, but the outcome of it was nothing she expected.

Infighting, complaining, hating. Comments like, "Worst wedding. Ever." That hurts!

I'm done changing my avatar for now.

The recommendation is probably the best thing I can ask for.

It seems like for long hauls to Vernon we will need one of those big 50 seater coach busses.
We use International Stage Lines, and yes it was one of those Greyhound style busses.

We rented one for Kamloops in 2019, 2 nights, and it was about $4200. I'm not sure exactly how they charge, i.e. if the driver stays overnight or something. And also no idea about pricing post covid.

That trip actually got snowed in and we had to divert to Harrison instead for the 2 nights. They seemed accommodating and flexible.

CDC learning that choices have consequences. I would not be surprised if more people hurt by the "vaccine" or who lost family members, seek out revenge on their own. Not cheering it on, but I'm not going to sit here and say it isn't the comeuppance that the system brought upon itself. RIP to the officer.

Who's the main RS admin nowadays?
I would like to start an RS decal/sticker run and see if anyone's interested. Profits will help pay for the continued RS server costs...

The wife said she's not going on the charter. She said eff that.

That and based on what you guys said, I guess I'll just pass on the idea.

Thanks for talking sense.
