I would never in my life buy a Hyundai, the air bags have been proven to NOT deploy in fatal collisions numerous times. But more other reasons as well.

As far as i am concerned a mod is a modification. All of the above would fall under that category. I would say only the coilovers and rims(if they are lighter) Would be a performance Mod.
