I kinda think he was right. Euro cars are great, Mercedes-Benz invented the car...

German, Italian, British....they're all nice cars.

Japanese got technology, good gas mileage, reliability. They have Super GT, JGTC, Formula Nippon...
Americans got muscle cars...They Have INDY 500, Daytona, NASCAR..

If Mustang didn't have a Ford badge, you can still tell it's a Mustang.
If 370Z didn't have a Nissan badge, you can still tell it's a Z-car.

Whereas Hyundai, I would call it nothing more than an identity crisis.

I used to sell Hyundai's and it was not the best job i had.

Imagine going to work everyday and selling something that you wouldnt even drive yourself. I had to explain why they are good to the customer when in fact i hated the car lol. But it all came down to price, all the customers knew they were stepping down from honda/toyota and saving money in doing by buying a hyundai.

If you want to save money buy a hyundai, but any other reason to pick it over a 370z, supra, bmw etc. is insane.

Problem with hyundai is that because they are the biggest car manufacturer in korea, they don't take their customers seriously. the build quality for cars that are released in korea is far worse than those that get sent over seas. Shame on them.

Nah why would I bother?? Not worth posting when everyone's shit kicking me for choosing a genesis. Thought this is a car forum to discuss cars not to flame. And this coming from someone who hated Hyundai but trust me its a great car. Agree all other hyundai's have bad rep. And if my step-Dad let me choose Sti or the Supra I would've picked one of those over Genesis. Just didn't like the 370z.

Anything done to car is considered a 'mod' MODIFICATION
Even decals are mods. Anything that isn't stock is modified. Just wanted to clarify that point.

Sorry, i dont mean what im about to type to come out as sounding mean, but seriously, if youre gonna wrap your car in matte black,white,green,purple, you'll just be getting flammed more!
People are going to think, "hey, look at this douchbag that wrapped his genesis. He should have saved that money and his other 'mod' money and gotten something other than a hyundai".

Congrats on ur new car, anyways just the poor choice of wording from beginning got me lil mad... If u didn't like the feel of 370 all good but it is indeed a better car than Hyundai.. Anyways have fun with it:)

That was me and i thought my sarcasm was obvious, I don't even own an DSLR. i don't know why you would want to do a photoshoot for a matte colored stock Genesis? Is it just me or does that seem kind of silly? Photo shoots are usually done (from what i've seen) with cars that have extensive modifications and not just a "matte black wrap from SR". That IMO is a huge waste of money, your car already has nice brand new paint. You should spend the money on susp or something.
