Looks like the Plane took off, had problems, tried to turn back but had to make an attempt at landing on the road. |

i was driving home from work, heading northbound on russ baker. just before gilbert, i noticed a small aircraft heading towards me from an angle, flying very low. next thing i knew, the aircraft hit the ground, slid across the road and left a trail of fire. the fire was creating a lot of thick black smoke. a lot of people pulled over and rushed over to help. the first firetruck arrived on scene probably within a minute. the passengers were stumbling out of the plane with the help of passerby's. the radio station said all the passengers made it out ok (no mention of the pilot - hope he's ok). |
Guys.... stay safe Posted via RS Mobile |

Fyi, knight street is fine aside from normal rush hour traffic Posted via RS Mobile |
how the eff is the pilot MIA? The only thing rolling around in my head is that he had a parachute and he jumped out? But, that seems highly unlikely |

^ maybe he booked it out of the plane as soon as it crashed because he was under the influence or something LOL |
