Its a classic look, yet still modern.

I think the facelifted E39 is truly timeless.

Even now it looks like a new car.



Fact of the matter is this: If you watch BMW short "star" now you wouldn't remember it's old movie and that M5 is now 2 models back from the one in the showroom floor...


film was uploaded 5 years ago but by that time the E39 M5 was already in that form for 5 years (or more?).



To untrained eye either one could have been the later model... But a E34 would have given it away with it's straight lines and boxy shape that is no longer a popular design of today.
