Both seem to be in the wrong. Kid would have had it easy if he just pinned him down tOok his keys and waited for the police.

If you read the eve forum thread the kid is a scammer, hope he goes to jail too for being a fucking low life.

Besides the EVO owner. The fact that he caught someone vandalizing his car and he beat the shit out of them is completely fair. If you fuck with someones shit you deserve to get your face fucked up. I would done the same.

Yes. It's called "uttering death threats" and people get charged all the time for it. He is a complete and utter moron for posting this video online and bragging about beating the guy up and breaking his leg. I don't condone what the vet did at all, but if this guy is as macho as he makes himself sound (MMA and all the stuff) he could have easily taken the keys away and restrained the guy until the cops arrived.

The best part is when he says "I knew the cop that showed up so it kinda worked out... haha." If I was an attourney for the other guy that would be great evidence that he even felt that he went overboard and deserved to be charged but "since he knew the cop" he got away with it. The cop would also likely get in shit.

Honestly, with all the morons posting in that thread propping this guy up... I feel very VERY worried about our future as a civilization.

The kid should have RECORDED the old guy spray painting the car.. THEN turn off the video and beat him up... he should not have saying shit like leaving in a ditch... stuff that should NOT be seen/heard should stay that way...

The question is, If the old fart decides to take the kid to court.. chances of the kid getting into more trouble is greater, so if that old guy was smart, he'd do that..
