4 guys took 30 minutes on the pull up machine where you can have the seat for support. And i needed to use it for weighted dips since there isnt any other place to do it. all they did was extremely bad form pulls ups moving there body for thrust with 60 pound spot.. they all looked like they weighed 120..

On a side note PR for squats 205x2

He's probably right. I saw a guy teaching his buddy how to deadlift. He was hogging a rack with 10lbs on each side of the 7foot bar. Back was so arched it looked like there was a string attached to the middle of his back that was pulling him up. He maxed with 25 lbs on each side and then proceeded to rub his back for ten minutes. Meanwhile, I'm on the rack next to him pulling up a whole lot more, and this guy's BIGGER than me (upper body), and I wasn't rubbing my back after lol.

Hell, even when I started working out my own brother taught me the deadlift wrong. It's a hard exercises to master.

@strykn what I did at FW was that I'd keep my chalk in a lulu lemon bag, insert one hand at a time, and pull it out without anyone seeing heh.

it's probably easier to pull 45's each side than 25's since you don't have to bend down as much

but when you've deadlifted for a while arching your back is second nature, you don't need someone telling you that you're rounding your back, you just do it

another video, about as angry as you can get

I used ammonia at my comp and holy mother of god that shit is amazing. Clears your mind right up and your high as a cloud but focused like an eagle.

And I use chalk when I bench. Both on my hands and on my back when I'm going super heavy. It prevents me from slipping out of my arch
