i never do db flys. hurt my shoulder real good one time. i only do cable flys now at various angles

Hey guys just have some questions.
So i conducted glandular epithelium in my arms only and it made them look bulky and big, So if i work them out will it effect it or does it just make me look bigger because people think i pump goot iron

I don't get what you're talking about. Glandular Epithelium cells are cells that secrete sweat/pheremones.


On a brighter note, back to my 4 day split!

Monday Legs with heavy Floorpress
Tuesday Shoulders with heavy rackpull
WED OFF
Thurs Chest (not to failure) with squats
Fri Back (not to failure)

see you only new the basic knowledge of it, The Sweat causes the nucleus of the outermost cells to swell with water. In Addiction making it look bigger then it is.

Someone offered to spot me while doing weighted chins... He grabbed the two 10kg plates and I was like let me lift them myself, that's kinda the point!

Here's the pic I took after the pull.. As you can see I have to do them from the floor, so that means putting on one large plate and using smaller ones to add weight

Holy fuck, felt like a little bitch doing dumbbell presses today. Omfg. MUST WORK ON CHEST. Was struggling to get 80's up. haven't touched dumbbell presses in 2months though. </3

PS. Do you guys find doing DB flies not as effective as cable flies? I feel it more in the shoulder than the chest.
