Awesome suggestion btw Halo on the rope instead of the typical V-Hook or Hands.
Really really felt the range of motion. Great stuff.

It feels like im cheating at the gym not being able to deadlift or squat. I'm nowhere near as exhausted at the end of the day.

Deadlift on deadlift days...

Back if that's not an option. Squats and deadlifts on the same day are tough.

I do back and abs on the same day, with deadlifts on the back day. I'd usually have a day separation from legs and back though.

yeah, chest and bi feels great, i always look alot bigger on chest/bi days then like back or delt days..

And you still notice it with 1/3 a dose? Even for non stim users, 100mg of caffeine isn't much... and there's nothing else in there that would give you more than a placebo effect. Unless the "geranium extract" is not an extract but an actual synthetic form of 1,3d.

So that makes me think there is no 1,3d in there, since that usually causes a crash. Caffeine does not cause a crash

In other words, placebo ftw. Not that there's anything wrong with that! In some supplements (most?), placebo is more powerful than any proven acute effect

Do you guys think I should still take preworkout if I'm able to stay focused throughout my entire workout anyway?

As of now, with 1 1/2 teaspoon of creatine, I'm starting to lose any sort of feeling I might have gotten when I first took creatine...

Besides an alertness or a sympathetic response, I doubt the creatine or arginine content in most pwo's are enough to do much for the pump...

should i just up my creatine intake? Cus I really don't feel it anymore

Edit: nvm, let's slowly drift away from the supp discussion now...
