Finally improving on my bench press. Been adding some different chest excercises like incline db flys, push ups on bench, flat, then feet on bench (25-30 reps each at the end of chest day).

Did 205lb 3 reps. Rest and do 2 more. 3 reps, rest and do 2 more. 3 reps Rest then one more. This was Saturday morning after a Friday night work out so probably was not well rested.

Monday benched again and 135 felt like nothing. Even 205 felt light. 3x5 bar to chest no problem! 210lbs next time. Not as strong and many here but I am pumped that 2 plate 3x5 @ 180lb is finally within reach!

I have come to the conclusion that increasing bench numbers depend on two things: frequency and volume. Going heavy every workout for 3-5 RM has NEVER worked for me. I'm seeing more strength gains than ever by increasing bench to twice a week, and going for 6-10 reps sets.

Great progress AME_VIP, hitting 225 will feel sooo good

Berz is a sad kunt. Sorry haven't been posting brah's but life has changed. Got a new job and the schedule is not as accommodating as my previous one. I'm lucky to get to the gym twice a week right now. Been this way for the past few months. Weight has dropped down to 200-205 usually closer to 200. Legs are taking a hit as I would rather work my upper body when I get into the gym. Aesthetics are still looking great but the fullness has gone. Trying to find time but alas it's tough.

Berz out.

It was four bucks off so I tried it. Flavourless taste horrible on its own. It's great for making shakes or throwing it in food. I put a bit of the flavourless one into my regular shakes to make it less sweet.

fravorless was terrible. i bought it once with intentions on making protein bars but got lazy and then had to suffer thru drinking it lol

ended up mixing it 50/50 with myofusion chocolate as that was WAY too sweet.

Thanks man, but it's the lighting/flash

I hit my rear delts twice a week, and my favourite exercises are the bent-over seated rear delt flyes and heavy dumbbell rear delt rows.

For the delt flyes, make sure the dumbbells are going under your hamstrings, and not in front of your knees.

Chest day at SFU tomorrow. Hoping to hit another PR on the bench press 225x10 (9 reps last week)
