Are you 100%, or sizing yourself up against a bigger guy. 15'' arms on a 5'7" is pretty solid. I think a proportionate body is the best look, granted, other people think differently. Maybe take a picture not pumped, so we can judge? Remember, you don't want to go to far to the point where you look like a gorilla.

Matter of perspectives.

Fellow RS'ers

I popped my shoulder playing indoor soccer today. Luckily a friend helped put it back in place. It hurts like a bitch but I've been icing it like mad since I got home.

Anyone can chime in on rehab strategy to help me recover?

........ I'm no expert but you sure it's popped back in the right position? lol

Anyways, I'll recommend seeing a professional in this instance. That sounds like an injury you don't want to mess around with.

This guy isn't 5'7. He's not even 5'6 for that matter.

Hi. Have not posted in a bit. Since I returned from Japan, got my diet back together and bulking at 3500 calories/day.
I lost a lot of strength after two weeks of no lifting and calories dipping below 2000 from wisdom teeth extraction.
Getting most of my lifts back now.

Hit double PR today on strict lateral raise, something I've plateaued on for months at 15 lbs for 12 reps. Today I hit 20 lbs x 10 followed by 25 lbs x 6.

Also on push/pull/legs to hit everything twice a week and alternate strength/hypertrophy. Gains steadily coming in, I'll see in a few months how well I progress.

On a serious note, what's stopping you guys from opening up a store here in Van?

I'm sure a bunch of us wouldn't mind helping out lol.

how was your diet at japan? I take it foods there are probably lower in calories.. remember reading somewhere awhile ago that they had restrictions on the amount of abdominal fat you could have

I was very restricted in what I could eat because of my wisdom teeth. I couldn't have rice so I relied on noodles and ice cream for carbs. My meals were all from restaurants and man it was expensive for small portions. Yeah, from what I saw the culture is very conservative on maintaining a small frame. My brother (size L) had difficulty finding any clothes his size.

Also a big part of the supplement business in Vancouver is steroid sales.

I'd still happily shop at the popeyes in richmond if Carl still owned it. He was genuinly nice and didn't come off as a prick or creepy.

Over the years prices skyrocketed and stores like reflex and popeyes just became... douchey.

For example. I've been hearing this radio ad from a supplement store in surrey called "Get cranked". Why the hell would I shop there? It sounds super douchey, and something a bunch of guys from the langara ymca would say to me.

Wouldn't rich oil riggers want to be doing roids? Instead of supplements?

Hey guys I am going to compete in my first power lifting competition in June. I was wondering where you guys suggest I should go to pick up some deadlifting socks and also the lifting suit you have to compete in.

lmao, that's freaking hilarious. If you are 5 foot 6, and the fact that you are also taller standing next to Hanh, then Hanh's 5 foot 9 inches height is mad bs. lol
