In today's generation, too many people with university educations and high expectations for white collar careers.
Many of these students were C and B students to start with, but were expected to pursue higher learning at university. Some forced upon by their parents or friends. But truth is blue collar jobs and trades can offer better futures to many people. Let's face it, lots of people go to university who aren't really that academically inclined to begin with. Do yourself a favour and go sign up for community college or an apprenticeship instead. Pursue university later on as a mature adult student if you wish.
Too many university degrees out there cheapens their value, especially for those academically-inclined A students who can't find jobs and are competing with the C and B students who also happen to have degrees now. University should not be seen as accessible or desirable for all. It's for those wanting to pursue academic credentials or professions that require university training (doctor, dentist, school teacher, lawyer, engineer etc.), not arts degrees.
There needs to be more kids that are willing to get their hands "dirty" and do skilled labour jobs.
i started studying 2 weeks ago and used the last couple days to revise/refresh...i find it works best that way instead of trying to force your brain to study everything within a day or two.
Sometimes we tend to be in despair when the person we love leaves us, but the truth is, it's not our loss, but theirs, for they left the only person who couldn't give up on them.
Make the effort and take the risk..

Finished my exams for the semester a couple of hours ago. Never knew so many students were on adderall here. It's so common in all the libraries around campus now.
