I only go to buffets for the desserts all you can eat gourmet pudding, what more can you ask for? |
Someone mentioned Neptune for dimsum...IMO that place is expensive and the dimsum is not great. Dim Sum (only talking about lunch): Shiang Garden HML (cheap) Harbour Spirit I don't have fried chicken much, but LA Chicken is the best I've had so far. I also like Michigan Noodle Restaurant and Deer Garden. |
Has someone mentioned how awesome Amigo is? edit. I love the spiced tomato cajun chicken. |

Sea harbour is best for dim sum. Posted via RS Mobile |

For BBT, I've only ever been to Bubbleworld, Pearl Castle, Tapioca Express, What8ver Cafe, FloTeaRoom, Twinkle 2, Totoro, The One (Vancouver), and this other place near E-Spot. They're all pretty ehhh for me, but What8ver is the best since they have those crystal pearls.. :sweetjesus: Lineups are long though.. |
Yall not be serious about la chicken being good.. I live so close that I tried it a few times. Chickens disgusting with the taste of years of oil in every bite Posted via RS Mobile |
My favorite pho joint in richmond is Pho Queen. Its in the same complex as richmond sushi. I think its probably the best pho richmond has to offer |
Dinner in Richmond tonight. Which of these restaurants should I try :accepted: |
Oh yeah the curry at Mui Garden is incomparable.. it's like liquid cocaine :sweetjesus: |

I haven't tried this place, as I always go to the other Pho place in the same complex. I think it's called Pho Tai Hoa. |

GF loves the egg waffle at bubble queen (pacific plaza) Decent BBT style fare with good prices by richmond standards, inside is definitely meh and the place is small |
tried LA chicken for my 1st time in the 10 years i've been living in richmond. Its all about the hype LOL. It aint even that good.I ordered "spicy" too. I would rate it at 6/10 the best. Its on the pricy side too, i ordered the 2 piece chicken snack meal which came with fries. Total came to $7.83 after tax. BTW, this guy ordered before me (15 pieces) and the lady cashier told him "no tax" so when i paid, i asked her if i order more would i be eligible for no tax also and she replied me saying those chicken she sold him were "left overs" (not sure if BSing me or what) and kept telling me how if its "left overs" they are legally to charge no tax. The guy bought 15 pieces and it came to $10.80. Has anyone ordered leftover chicken from there before? Maybe she thought i was a tax auditor from revenue Canada LOL :suspicious: |
ive done that there before, day old chicken for dirt cheap! hahahaha |
