What about just going cold turkey and stop smoking? Think of how bad that shit is for you, breath stinks, you're weaker, you get sick easier, all for the illusion of getting that satisfying feeling from nicotine..

I started quiting smoking before christmas with some nicotine aids. Went straight no cigarette for 10 days.
Smoked on nye weekend though.
