Haha... our chihuahua sleeps in our bed every night, and she's small enough that she doesn't take over the bed. She'll find an occupied spot. Sometimes it's at the foot of the bed, sometimes it's by our heads, but most times it's between our legs underneath the sheets. :D

my dashund always lay right behind my back and i get scared id roll over here. my pekingnese sleeps by my feet

TOPEC 02-03-2012 12:25 PM

i have a toy poddle and i dont let him sleep with me for:
1 he likes to lean against my stomach or back so if i dont want to wake him up i cant move
2 he takes up the blankets so i dont have any
3 in fear of rolling over and crushing him

tho there r occasions where i take 2 hr naps and let him up on the bed
but the long sleeps at night hes not allowed up

My dog will always park himself right smack dab in the middle of the bed, or he'll sleep right between me and my wife's head, which is not bad, except he is old and snores now :lol

BlackZRoadster 02-03-2012 01:34 PM

my 2 bichons have slept with us ever since they set paws in our house.

Whenever i nap it naps, when i sleep it sleeps too lol.

I love dogs :fullofwin:

My pek sleeps in between my legs around the ankles and when he's feeling like annoying me, he'll bump his head to mine and pass out.

Omg, mine too. :tears: When I turned away, he would keep inching closer until his back touch mine. When my gf come over, he prefer my gf over me and would sleep by her side.

When I wake up in the morning, he also makes noises similar somebody who doesn't want to wake up just yet. Sometimes he would dug a spot under the blanket. Stretching and all that slow-to-get-up stuffs.

His other spots are at the foot of the mattress or on the blanket between the legs but we kicked him out because he's a standard and thus, heavy. He learned and sticked to sleeping besides us now.

Here is he sleeping on the couch:

I never let dogs sleep in my bed, all the dirt and sand they bring up to your bed, so uncomfortable

instead they either sleep on their own couch outside or under the bed

BlackZRoadster 02-05-2012 11:52 AM

My dogs are always kept clean. If we walk them, we wash their paws and wipe down their body.

My cat likes to sleep in the middle of my legs so I can't roll over. Or stretch out right in the middle of the bed.

yep we have an artificial grass inside.

That way we dont have to wash their paws everytime they go out to pee/poo.

BlackZRoadster 02-06-2012 09:17 AM

^ nope it doesnt stick to the grass, unless its soft and moist.

You can take the whole grass off and wash it, its quite easy..:ilied:

actually my fiance does it , so i dont know if its easy

I sleep with my bichon. He knows who's boss though. If I need to move, he'll move otherwise he knows he'll get crushed/kicked off the bed. Too bad I can't do anything about his snoring haha.

Fafine 02-06-2012 11:48 AM

My pekinese snore so loud but it somehow puts me to sleep. Then she has dreams and starts kicking and barking LOL
