I think you need to be more specific as to what cuts of meat you want... or else people will just post their weekly no frills, price mart foods, and wallmart flyers..

Why's this in "Sports, Sports Entertainment and Fitness"

There's a "Food & Fine Dining" in VLS

Egg whites 3x500mL at Costco $5.69

Best price I have found. They were $2 off last month! (Can be frozen up to 2 months)

while i can + 1 say that getting cheap meats is the best way to go to maintain your budget, being creative on your meals, you can get the biggest bang for the buck.

I'll give you an example. you can go to china down, go to meat store and chicken bones are 5 dollar for 6 bags. Each of them are over 3-4 pounds. You can clearly make amazing soup with it. Instead of buying chicken broth from a can that's 1.50 from T&T, you get 10 cans by just heating it up.

Any protein in China town are amazingly cheap.

I usually find most of my proteins (2% milk, Tilapia, steak, chicken) cheaper at Superstore, but Walmart seems to have better deals when things are on sale, just a shame we don't have one in Richmond. Why is there 3 in Surrey but none in Richmond?!?!

BTW, I just picked up Turkey Sausages at Walmart for $2.50. No more egg whites for breakfast!

Superstore's got 10lbs (4kg) of frozen chicken breast for free if you spend $250 on groceries ... none of you will probably spend that much unless you shop for a family or eat like a cow .. but just a heads up! Got some today
