I wonder if the owner's insurance will pay out the amount stated in his "BC Assessment" (probably around $750,000) because I don't think he would get anything near that much if he sold it on the market. |
Holy fuck looks brutal; thankfully nobody was injured Posted via RS Mobile |
Whoa! How did that happen?! |

Shit, didn't know u could catch a fire using the dryer. If I were they, ill sue that dryer company Posted via RS Mobile |
It's your job to make sure your laundry machine is up to date every five years. Posted via RS Mobile |
Gf's mom spoke to the residents upstairs and downstairs. Everyone made it out alive. Don't exactly know what happened, but the residents upstairs were all sleeping at the time. Was there at 1am to see if the surrounding houses were ok. Took the Fire crew 35 minutes to contain the blaze and a bit longer to extinguish it. |
Are they referring to the lint catch that is inside the dryer that caught fire or the main air duct? I was always confused by this. Because even if the lint catch caught fire it's inside a metal dryer? How would it spread unless it melted the dryer, but that seems unlikely to me? |
Who else went to clean the lint out of their dryer after reading the article? |
its not just the lint trap. You should get it checked at a minimum every 2 years. Especially if you have poor venting, it should be checked every year. As well as people who own gas operated dryers. Poor venting, can cause lint to be built up inside of your machine and you won't even know it. So go and clean up your dryers folks. |

The roof, the roof is on fire! |
So what's gonna happen to that family? Where will they go? R they gonna get a new house from the city?? "House insurance?" Posted via RS Mobile |
dryers say on them "clean out lint after every use to prevent catching on fire". its a common sense thing to do man Posted via RS Mobile |
