He's got a point here. You HAVE TO BE CAREFUL when you donate money online to these types of causes.. it's a very easy time for scammers to make a quick buck. This is what happened during the time of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan; sad but true.
BE CAUTIOUS if you're donating money.

Kony is a CIA Asset

Hate to Break it to you all this KONY 2012 thing isn't gonna happen....you know why? He's in bed with the CIA. The CIA is backing the Ugandan Gov't and Kony's LRA at the same time...The Conflict allows the USA to have a "Humanitarian aid" presence in these countries so that they can hand their resources over to corporations on a Silver Platter! you're telling me 100 soldiers with sophisticated technology can't find one lil hoodrat hiding in a tree?!? STFU! Its funny how this Kony issue becomes Viral at a time when Obama needs to rally support that hes doing "good"...

This KONY 2012 Campaign seems to be Gov't backed in the first place. This Video seems to focus more on Promoting KONY and making him known than promoting the charity itself!! The Gov't has graduated to using Social Media as a propaganda tool. All this is video is doing is Brainwashing and Rallying support in order to justify an American presence in Africa's resourceful nations.

And this needed to be a new thread why?

Plus those are some pretty bold statements to make with absolutely no sources at all (not that your sources would be anything other than stupid conspiracy theory websites)

RecklessNS 03-08-2012 07:55 PM

you could've just added this in the KONY 2012 thread instead of making a new one

CorneringArtist 03-08-2012 07:57 PM

Couldn't post in the Kony thread, and posted no sources?

Missed this question.

I thought it was safe to assume people would Google Uganda, their government, political and military history? How else are people supposed to research?

Lol. Not going fight club on you, bruv.

Surprised that there is no google ads up on the video.

With those views right now (about 50 million), that's about 1 million dollars from google adsense youtube partnership.

Being a Pol Sci Major at SFU I seem to have a very well informed prof. Who spoke of a Richard Cottrell, who basically more or less admits the CIA are backing both sides. This was said during our lecture today, however for those who want facts that the US is there for resources, read the link below.

100 soldiers vs up to 3,000 guerillas on home turf (which is the jungles of central fucking Africa).

Yeah, total cakewalk dude.

You're still making it far too easy. Drawing from recent events, how long did it take the US and the rest of the world to find Osama Bin Laden? Or for that matter, Saddam Hussein?

SkinnyPupp 03-09-2012 06:32 AM

Ask the US soldiers how easy it was to fight Guerrillas in Vietnam. They had air force, massively advanced technology, and everything.
