Umm, coz the assembly line workers are eastern European who probably speaks/reads Russian?

GabAlmighty 03-11-2012 07:29 PM

Good thread

optiblue 03-11-2012 09:30 PM

hand built! Driving a chinese built car has the same safety level as riding a motorcycle if not worse!

StylinRed 03-11-2012 10:35 PM

swfk 03-11-2012 10:43 PM

i was expecting something like that ;)

Lomac 03-11-2012 11:37 PM

Why do I get the impression that the people in this video are more or less simply actors and represent very little as to how these vehicles are actually built...

LOL and here we are having our iPhones, computers, TV, microwave all build by Chinese in China :accepted::accepted::accepted:

wasabisashimi 03-12-2012 03:36 AM

what is this KGB shit

zz 03-12-2012 03:49 AM

the music and camera makes car assembly that much epic......yeah right.

falcon 03-12-2012 03:55 AM

I hate to say it but that's actually not a bad looking car.

And really, guys... how the hell do you think every other car is made? Robots can't do everything. And it's likely they built this one car with the cameras to show the assembly process. IIRC Great Wall is one of the largest car manufacturers in China.

xilley 03-12-2012 04:15 AM

if i could find the link id post it, the show process of porsche, ferrari, and maybach building, i watched in Asia was fricking entertaining

LancerBoy 03-12-2012 04:48 AM

They told the rest of the plant workers to take a smoke break, so they can film foreign workers assembling to make the video more international. Typical Chinese tactic, like how they hired foreign actors to play CEO's.

J____ 03-12-2012 05:06 AM

99.9% these workers in the video are actors. Actually, make that 100%. China companies do this a lot, hire foreigners to pretend to be a part of their employment force to make their brand seem more international therefore more desirable to others in china. It's a marketing ploy that feeds of the Chinese mentality that everything foreign must be better.

4:25 for a split second there, I thought it was a BMW 1M lol

too_slow 03-12-2012 07:24 AM

We get it OP, you don't like Chinese people. Now go DIAF
