Anyone know where I can find some Deep Dish East Coast Style Chicago Pizza?

We are talking about it's litterally 3-4 inches thick and it's like a pizza pie filled with cheese, meet, sauce.

Man I use to eat this when I was out in school in Eastern Canada and it's fucking delicious!!!

None of the pictures show anything that's very deep dish.

Damn, just reminded me that TastyGo had a group buy voucher last week for this place that wasn't bad... forgot to buy it. Damn. $14 for a large pizza, pound of wings, and four cans of pop.

Spoon 04-12-2012 08:53 AM

^
Tried Hell's Kitchen once quite a few years ago. Thought it was a little on the greasy side. Other than that it was alright.

Another vote for Fire Pizza.
Place is legit, don't bother with any other establishment on commercial

Why the hell did I click into this thread ... now I'm craving pizza... :megusta:

That being said, I've had Steveston Pizza before and although it's pretty darn good it is a bit pricey ...
The best pizza I've ever had was in Seattle, Serious Pie. :sweetjesus:

I will make a note to try Supreme Pizza and Fire Pizza

I went to Hell's Kitchen twice, both times service was terribad and the pizza was greasy and overpriced :heckno:

Fire Pizza is about a buck more than the 4 Brother's next door, especially when you are doing 2 slices + pop.

Marchello / Lombardo's (both around the 1st / Commercial area) are sit down and I don't think they do by the slices. They are thin crust more inline with "traditional" Italian pizza.. I prefer the pizza at Lombardo's but the Lasagna and ambience Marchello wins.

Lol Panago came out with a rediculiously fatty Pizza called the BLT.

Layer of ranch sauce, sprinkled with bacon, put through the oven.

Then another layer of ranch sauce, lettuce, and Tomatoes :heckno:

i had pizza at the yaletown brewery on sunday.
it was $9 for a decent sized pizza (special), and cheap beers.
they use a wood burning oven so the crust comes out pretty good.
